Video - Keoland

Introduction to all gazetteers

Creating content is not easy, even if it's content that is available in a book and you just want it to be available in video format. Luckily, we live in an age of technology and freedom of speec...creating content. I want Greyhawk content to be out there in an interesting way, that is also easily accessible to young and more experienced players. It all started with the idea of giving my own players, at my Wednesday home game, access to some general knowledge of Greyhawk, such as the immigration of the human cultures in the Flanaess, cultures or, like this one, parts of the world. I realised more people might be interested and so I started creating videos and putting them up on YouTube.

Keoland video

I had hoped to finish this one end of February but alas, time has gotten away from me. I have truly enjoyed working on this one as Kealond is so well known.. but is it really. There is also so much more to tell but I do create these gazetteers to be player friendly (or should I say DM friendly ;-) ) I feel I touched and the most important sites and give you all a good overview, getting you interested to put your own feet on land there.

As you will notice, this video contains a lot of 2d images that have been animated. You will probably miss the fact that red flags on the walls of Flen are also moving, or that worker moving things. It is my first attempt at animating this way and I hope to get better at it as time goes by.

One man show

The videos 'The Grey League' makes are made entirely by me. I am not hiring someone to make something for me as it is the perfect excuse to upgrade my knowledge in the Adobe Suite. I really enjoy learning new tricks and finishing a good product but I am of course just one person with already a full-time job. No surprise there that the rate at which I produce these is rather low. Perhaps one day, when I have enough patrons I can up the production but for my own sanity I keep it at one every 2 months. Or at least try to.

I hope you enjoy my latest creation and show your support if you enjoyed the content by subscribing, commenting and/ or sharing my work.

Well off to work on the Bakluni culture video production.

Take care
